This week started with a pretty enjoyable weekend. I went back to couchsurfing where we celebrated Robin's birthday. I came to learn that Charlie does not like drones. We believe it's because of the frequency it makes when flying. On Saturday we decided to go dancing downtown. Babylon was pretty quiet that night unfortunately so we watched a band at the Atomic Rooster. The band was pretty good! After dancing we hung out at the house and I listened as the 3 boys played guitar. That was so much fun just in its self. It was so relaxing yet entertaining and all around a great time. There's something magical about live music.
From there I went to my cousins place again. On the first day I was supposed to take the youngest to the school bus. But it turned out to be a snow day!! Because of the snow day we just hung out and I job hunted. The last few days of the week also consisted of job hunting and seeing the neighbourhood. Because of the snow storm I was not allowed to park on the street. So instead I parked in the driveway of someone in my cousins neighbourhood. It was super kind of her.
All in all the week was pretty good and helped me to begin my search for jobs and all stay warm in the midst of the winter weather. To see more of my travels check out my 'Across Canada' gallery and follow me on Facebook and Instagram.Â
